Carson City Sheriff’s Log: Man arrested on felony drug charges

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 2:15 a.m., Ezekial O’Kelley, 21, was arrested on suspicion of warrants for burglary, uttering a forged instrument and parole and probation violations in the 1600 block of Airport Road. After a search, he also was charged with two counts of possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription. No bail was set on the P&P violation. Bail was set at $20,000 for the other counts.

SUNDAY

At 10:45 p.m., Teri Ann Riddle, 19, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of probation violation and obstructing a peace officer in the 900 block of E. Fifth Street. No bail was set.

At 4:28 a.m., a Mound House man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense and no headlights after a traffic stop on South Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,025. The passenger in the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of six warrants — all for misdemeanors. Bail was set at $4,665.

At 12:52 a.m., a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of being an intoxicated pedestrian and violation of suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,100.

SATURDAY

At 10:43 p.m., Patrick MacRoberts, 42, of South Lake Tahoe was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of meth — both felonies after a traffic stop on south Carson Street. He also was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, speeding and no brake light. Bail was set at $9,175.

At 2:20 a.m., a Las Vegas man was arrested on suspicion of indecent conduct after security personnel reported a man peeing outside a casino in the 500 block of North Carson Street. Bail was set at $500. The man’s relative from Boise, Idaho, was arrested on suspicion of resisting a public officer. Bail was set at $250. Another relative, a 22-year-old Reno man, was arrested on suspicion of being an intoxicated pedestrian. Bail was set at $100.

At 12:21 a.m., a 52-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense and driving the wrong way on a road. Bail was set at $1,040.

At 5:47 p.m., Chase Morse, 18 of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of furnishing cocaine to minor, trafficking of cocaine (4 to 14 grams) and possession of a controlled substance — all felonies after a traffic stop of Fairview Drive. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $99,600.

At 4 p.m., Christopher Bell, 34, of Carson City, was arrested in the 1400 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of a felony parole violation and misdemeanor petty larceny. He allegedly attempted to steal a pair of sunglasses and a Frisbee. Bail was set at $352.

At 12:28 p.m., Amanda Suzanne Dickson, 29, of Mound House, was arrested in the 4000 block of Quinn Drive on suspicion of felony burglary. She was allegedly found hiding naked from the waist down in a roll of carpet in the downstairs bathroom of a vacant home. According to the report, she seemed to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She reportedly told offers she had been living in the house. Neighbors reported the owners were out of the country. Bail was set at $20,000.

At 7:52 a.m., Lorri Ann Scanlon, 52, of Carson City, was arrested in the 2200 block of Poole Way on suspicion of felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanors possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt. Bail was set at $4,137.

At 1:40 p.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1700 block of Russell Way on suspicion of first-offense domestic battery warrant. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 1:57 p.m., a 20-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of gross misdemeanor destruction of property and domestic battery and violation of bail conditions, both misdemeanors. Bail was set at $8,500.
