The Carson City Chapter 388 of the Vietnam Veterans of America will mark Vietnam Veterans Day in a ceremony and social gathering starting at 5 p.m. March 30 at the Vietnam Memorial in the southeast corner of Mills Park. After the ceremony, a Welcome Home social will be at the High Sierra Brewery Company, 302 N. Carson St., at 5:30 p.m. with free appetizers, and no-host bar.
