Freeway landscaping ribbon-cutting, walking tour set for April 19

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for a freeway landscaping project and a walking tour along a Carson City multi-use path are scheduled for 3-5 p.m. April 19. The ceremony will be at the Northgate Lane Grade Separation, in the 3700 block of Northgate Lane, according to city Parks Planner Vern Krahn. The 1.75-mile walking tour is slated to begin a half-hour later.
