Tough day for CHS, Tigers

RENO — Thanks to six errors, Carson High’s win streak ended at 5 with an 11-1 loss to McQueen Tuesday afternoon. Carson dropped to 13-9 overall heading into Thursday’s return game against the Lancers at Ron McNutt Field at 3:45 p.m. The loss went to Chase Blueberg, who dropped to 4-1 on the year. Blueberg went 3.1 innings, allowing six hits and seven runs, five earned. Brandon Allen also had a tough time, allowing four runs, only one earned in 1.1 innings.
