CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Cabbage rolls over linguini, peas and carrots, ambrosia and cookies.

TUESDAY: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, zucchini and oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Lemon baked cod, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, peaches and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, wild rice, Brussel sprouts and watermelon.

FRIDAY: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, carrots, blushed pears, cake and ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken nuggets, green beans with mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, tossed salad, creamy Italian dressing and gingerbread.

TUESDAY: Salisbury steak or liver and onions, mashed potatoes, gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Tacos, lettuce, tomato, cheese, rice, zucchini with tomatoes, salsa with chips and watermelon.

THURSDAY: Grilled turkey and swiss on sourdough, carrots and peas, potato wedges and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: French toast, syrup, bacon and watermelon.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Spaghetti, garden salad, Italian blend vegetables, garlic bread and sherbet.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked fish, baked potato, whole wheat bread, pasta salad, carrots, broccoli and honeydew.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, black and bleu steak salad, ranch style beans, corn bread and dessert.

THURSDAY: Veal parmesan, pasta salad, rice pilaf, carrots, garlic bread and raspberry cheesecake.

FRIDAY: Santa Fe southwest tostada salad with cilantro lime sour cream dressing, Spanish rice, ranch beans and apple crisp.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, vegetables and salad.

TUESDAY: Chicken tenders, potato wedges, vegetables and coleslaw.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, salad, whole wheat rolls and pumpkin pie.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30-9:30: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, quiche, pastry and fruit.
