Tatro elected president of SNAR
Kathy Tatro was elected to serve as the 2013 president of the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors and represent the group on the Nevada Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
The Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors is composed of real estate agents in Carson City, as well as Douglas, Churchill and Lyon counties. Tatro has represented the Carson City for three terms and will now be representing the entire four-county region to the Nevada Association. On the board, she will work to develop the state association’s relationships with local Realtor associations and communities to further the state’s legislative efforts and preside over local associations.
Tatro serves clients as an agent with Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate. She was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in 1997 and has been a Circle of Distinction producer every year since, with more than $2 million in yearly sales.
New landscapes installed in Gardnerville, Yerington, Stead
Signature Landscapes installed new landscapes for Dollar General in Gardnerville, Yerington and Stead. These ground-up landscape and irrigation projects were designed by Lumos and Associates. The designs emphasise low-water use and simplified maintenance.

Carson agents Lepire, Rainey recognized as top producers
Garrett Lepire and Barbara Rainey recently were recognized as the highest-producing agents in Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate.
Lepire has been in the industry for 13 years and joined the Coldwell Banker Select Team in 2012. He was a top producer in Carson City and also was recognized for having the highest single transaction sales price in the Carson City office.
Rainey has been a multi-million-dollar produce since 1988 and has received numerous awards.
Lepire and Rainey received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society recognition, which signified the top 9 percent of Coldwell Banker agents. They were honored at the Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate Annual Awards and Education Event at the Atlantis Resort in Reno.
