Fallon man faces burglary, home invasion charges

A 21-year-old Fallon man appeared Thursday in Justice Court to face burglary and home invasion charges. James Dean-Alfonzo Martinez was released on his own recognizance and ordered by Judge Mike Richards to daily alcohol and drug testing with Court Services. According to Martinez’s attorney, John Oakes, his client is also expected to obtain a substance abuse evaluation. Martinez is accused of burglary and home invasion after he was arrested, along with Travis Johnson, for stealing a PlayStation 3 video game console from Jessica Greely on Jan. 19.
