140 years ago The Frencho Sclavoniean Switzers who frequent the lodging house just north of Rosser’s new buildings were out in the vacant lot of the old hay yard yesterday playing a game of balls. The balls they rolled were apparently croquet balls and they seemed to enjoy the sport. Passers by will please look and gain the particulars. 130 years ago Yesterday the Eureka journalist, W.J.
