Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Cheese ravioli, Italian vegetables, oranges and lime sherbet.

TUESDAY: Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with peppers and onions, zucchini, fruit cocktail and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Pork loin, peas and carrots, baked beans and pineapple.

THURSDAY: Lemon baked cod, scalloped potatoes, Brussels sprouts, raisins and poke cake.

FRIDAY: Ribs, baked beans, broccoli, ambrosia and biscuits with honey.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chicken gumbo, red beans and rice, colorful salad, honey dressing and fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread with margarine and banana apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.

THURSDAY: Stuffed cabbage casserole, whole wheat rolls with margarine, mixed vegetables and spiced pears.

FRIDAY: Beef tip with noodles, green salad, dressing, mixed vegetables, fruit and cake and ice cream.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken crescent rolls, three bean salad, creamy vegetable casserole and dessert.

TUESDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread and apricot pineapple punch.

WEDNESDAY: Dried cherry Mediterranean tuna salad, Persian bread, fresh fruit cups and chocolate mint parfaits.

THURSDAY: Marinated steak wraps, bacon and blue cheese potato salad, grapes and fudge ice cream bars.

FRIDAY: Turkey bean soup, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, orange spinach salad and canned pears.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Seasoned chicken nuggets, green beans with mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, salad, creamy Italian dressing and gingerbread.

TUESDAY: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Southwest penne and cheese, zucchini salad, garlic bread, citrus delight and cranberry juice.

THURSDAY: Ham and beans, spinach, green salad, dressing, cornbread, margarine, cottage cheese, pears with Jell-O.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Quiche Lorraine with eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage, hash browns, grapefruit, V8 and orange juice.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Turkey subs, chips, cucumbers in sour cream and fruit.

TUESDAY: Baked cod, Cajun broccoli, stuffed potatoes, bread and oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Creamy garden spaghetti, salad and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Layered enchilada casserole, Spanish rice in tomato sauce, ranch beans and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10:00: Waffles with sliced strawberries, cottage cheese and fruit.
