5:45 p.m.: A Carson City man was arrested at East Fifth Street and Allouette Way on suspicion of battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct, and a second man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct. According to the men's arrest reports, deputies arrived at the location after multiple people called 911 to report two men were fighting.
