All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:• Carson Lanes, 4600 Snyder Ave., scored 98 points. The inside of the ice machine is dirty with biofilm build-up. The inside of the ice bucket needs cleaning.• Casino Fandango Duke’s Steak House, 3800 S. Carson St., 95 points. Found a pan of cooked meat at 68-70 degrees in the top of the makeup unit. Found fried, breaded prawns at 59-60 degrees covered in another makeup unit, corrected on site. The ice bath is not up to the level of the potentially hazardous foods in the containers. Natural mussel shells are being washed and reused for food service to customers.• Save Mart Supermarkets Deli Department, 3325 E.
