Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Feb. 12. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:• Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito, 1315 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. The 3-C sink is not set up for washing dishes, corrected on site. The cabinet under the customer soda dispensers is wet and dirty.• Carson Station Main Bar, 900 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Nozzles and holsters of bar soda dispensers were sticky and soiled. Bar fixtures were dusty and soiled. The bottom of the beer cooler has beer spilled in it. Floors under the service bar were soiled in corners and hard to reach areas.• Carson Station Restaurant, 900 S. Carson St., scored 95 points. The top of the Raetone refrigeration unit near the dressing rooms was soiled. Dish wash machine exhaust system had a buildup of soil and mold in the flue. Pre-wash sink had a leaking hose nozzle. Women’s toilet room door self closer was non-functional.• Carson Station Snack Bar, 900 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. Fryers and griddle equipment were soiled with food debris and grease. Floors under the fryers and griddle were soiled with food debris and grease.• Carson Station Sports Bar, 900 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Floors under bar service area were soiled.• CVS Pharmacy, 220 Fairview Dr., scored 100 points.• Daisy’s Store, 3259 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.• Dutch Bros. Coffee, 1449 S. Carson St., scored 95 points. The hand sink is not accessible due to articles stored on the rim of the sink and a step ladder placed in front of the sink, corrected on site. There is no sanitizer bucket set up to store wet wiping cloths in, corrected on site.• Golden Dragon Restaurant, 3250 Retail Dr., Suite 150, scored 96 points. Found prepared foods stored in grocery bags in the freezer. There are no sanitizer buckets set up in the kitchen. Wet wiping cloths are laying around the kitchen on various food contact surfaces. Dish racks are very dirty and are stored directly on the floor in the kitchen.• Jimboy’s Tacos, 2190 E. Highway 50, scored 95 points. There is no detectable sanitizer residual in the cloth storage bucket. Wet wiping cloths are laying around on various food surfaces in the kitchen. The upper half of the ice machine is not clean inside. The storage containers located by the 3-C sink used for holding clean utensils are dirty inside. The floor sink under the Ortega cheese machine is dirty.• Save Mart Supermarkets Produce Department, 3325 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.• Save Mart Supermarkets Bakery, 3325 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.• Starbucks Coffee, 2320 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.• Taqueria La Salsa, 1946 E. Highway 50, scored 93 points. Cooked meats are holding on top of the make-up unit at 54 degrees. All unit temperatures in the facility are proper. The ice machine has areas of biofilm buildup inside the upper half of the unit. The tray holding the ice scoops by the main ice machine is dirty with dust accumulation.• Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., 3965 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. Sanitizer buckets contained inconsistent levels of residual chlorine, shared garbage storage area is poorly maintained.• Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. Bar/Lounge, 3965 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
