U.S. Marshal Kelly came up by train yesterday morning, having in charge George Ham and Henry Stevens, charged with robbing the Post office at Eureka, for trial in the U.S. Court.

Game Warden Gregory is a busy man these days. He is determined to enforce the fish and game laws, no matter what the cost or who it hits. The warden has been under the impression some time that it was in direct violation of the law to use the spawn, eggs or ova of fish as bait.
