Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:
MONDAY: Chili dog with cheese and onions, corn bread, coleslaw and oranges.
TUESDAY: Salmon patty on a bun with lettuce and onion, mixed vegetables and berries in a cloud.
WEDNESDAY: Chile relleno, Spanish rice, zucchini, peaches and chocolate pudding.
THURSDAY: Loaded turkey sandwich with cranberries, barbecue baked potato chips and fruit cups.
FRIDAY: Salisbury steak or liver and onions, mashed potatoes, broccoli, bread with margarine and Jell-O with fruit cocktail.
Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
MONDAY: Hamburger steak with brown gravy, Tater Tots, cauliflower, whole wheat bread with margarine and mixed fruit.
TUESDAY: Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, garden salad, 7 grain bread, apricots and oatmeal cookies.
WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, meat sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O.
THURSDAY: Pork fajitas, tortillas, stir fry vegetables, rice, apple slices and fortune cookies.
FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast with margarine, peaches, V8 Juice and orange juice.
Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
MONDAY: Cream of potato soup, baked cod, mixed vegetables, corn muffins, bananas, oatmeal raisin cookies and cranapple juice.
TUESDAY: Charleston chicken Caesar salad, white rice and grape and caramel parfait.
WEDNESDAY: Sausage and pepper baked ziti, apple and zucchini slaw, broccoli spears, roasted garlic bread and cherry turnovers.
THURSDAY: Turkey vegetable crescent pie, corn bread with honey, cucumber salad and cranberry sauce.
FRIDAY: Hot dogs, red potato salad, watermelon, apple pie a la mode and fruit punch.
Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:
MONDAY: Polish sausage and sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches and cookies.
TUESDAY: Dixie land shortcake, black eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.
WEDNESDAY: Roast pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, applesauce, whole wheat bread and margarine.
THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, whole wheat bun, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.
FRIDAY: Eggs and hash browns, pineapple chunks, whole wheat bagel, cream cheese and strawberry jelly.
Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:
MONDAY: Spaghetti, colorful salad, garlic bread and ice cream.
TUESDAY: Chicken tenders, potato wedges, beets, carrot and raisin salad, Jell-O, whole wheat bread and rice pudding.
WEDNESDAY: Pork tenderloin, parsley potatoes, vegetables, whole wheat bread and brownies.
THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, steamed spinach, green salad, whole wheat bread, peach butter, Jell-O and oranges.
FRIDAY: Barbecue in the park if weather permits, hamburgers or hot dogs, potato salad, beans, corn on the cob and cake.
