MONDAY: Turkey, cranberry, apple and walnut salad with dressing, grapes and spice muffins.
TUESDAY: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, roll with margarine and plums.
WEDNESDAY: Herb baked chicken, stuffing, green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine and mixed berries.
THURSDAY: Beef Stroganoff over pasta, mixed veggies, Mandarin oranges and pudding.
FRIDAY: Chili relleno, zucchini, Spanish rice, spiced pears and vanilla custard.
Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese with ham, veggie salad, whole wheat roll with margarine and raspberry and cranberry salad.
TUESDAY: Sloppy Joes, peas and carrots, celery sticks and apple crisp.
WEDNESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread with margarine, bananas and apple crisp.
THURSDAY: Turkey a la King over noodles, carrots, biscuits with margarine, fruit cocktail and vanilla wafers.
FRIDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, veggie blend, whole wheat bread with margarine, fresh oranges, cake and ice cream.
Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
MONDAY: Rigatoni with Italian sausage, French bread, green salad, broccoli casserole and peach pie.
TUESDAY: Split pea soup, meatball sub, cucumbers in sour cream and fresh oranges.
WEDNESDAY: Ham and potato casserole, Italian cabbage salad, veggie blend, spiced applesauce cup and cherry walnut dessert.
THURSDAY: Clam chowder, Oriental shrimp salad, apricot bran muffins with peach butter and bananas.
FRIDAY: French onion soup, turkey vegetable crescent pie, fruit salad and cookies.
Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:
MONDAY: Cabbage rolls, steamed carrots, egg noodles, garlic bread and apple crisp.
TUESDAY: Hot pastrami sandwiches, potato wedges, coleslaw and sherbet cups.
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Cacciatore, linguine, squash, mixed green salad and Italian dressing.
THURSDAY: Fish and chips, potato wedges and vegetable coleslaw.
FRIDAY: Steak, baked potatoes, vegetables and rolls.
