MONDAY: Lentil soup and tuna salad sandwich, carrot and raisin salad and apples.
TUESDAY: Turkey wrap, flour tortilla, steamed spinach, cranberry salad and pumpkin cookies.
WEDNESDAY: Burger stew, brown rice, steamed broccoli, cornbread and fruited yogurt pie.
THURSDAY: Lemon baked fish, tartar sauce, stewed tomatoes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread, bananas and apple crisp.
FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, pears, V8 Juice and orange juice.
