MONDAY: Center is closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, and fruit.

TUESDAY: Rigatoni with Italian sausage, winter fruit salad, zucchini Italiano, garlic bread, and vanilla bean ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrots, and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, spinach mushroom salad, garlic bread, Italian blend vegetables, and strawberry shortcake.

FRIDAY: Apple and Gouda pork sandwiches, shredded cabbage salad, V8, and cranberry parfaits.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

TUESDAY: Seafood chowder, broccoli stuffed potatoes, bread pudding, and fresh oranges.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Chicken fried steak with gravy, Scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8, and orange juice.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Eggs, hash browns, bagels, cream cheese, and pineapple.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, vegetables, salad, and ambrosia salad.

TUESDAY: Chicken strips, scalloped potatoes, salad, vegetables, dinner rolls, and chocolate pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, green salad, garlic bread, and Jell-O with fruit.

THURSDAY: Teriyaki chicken fried rice, vegetables, egg rolls, and fortune cookies.
