MONDAY: Chili relleno, mixed vegetables, Spanish rice, spiced pears
TUESDAY: Roast turkey, wild rice, carrots, corn bread w/honey butter, Waldorf salad
WEDNESDAY: Taco salad w/beef, cheese, beans, salsa, etc., spiced apples, pudding
THURSDAY: Seafood Louie salad, sourdough bread w/margarine, cherry Jell-O w/peaches
FRIDAY: Cabbage roll on linguini, peas, roll w/margarine, grapes
Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
MONDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat hamburger bun, tartar sauce, broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, Tater Tots and pears.
TUESDAY: Turkey chili, cornbread, mixed green salad, Italian dressing, ambrosia.
WEDNESDAY: Pork tenderloin, gravy, glazed carrots, stuffing, whole wheat bread, margarine, applesauce.
THURSDAY: Swiss burger on a whole wheat bun, fries, broccoli & cauliflower, spiced pear, brownie.
FRIDAY: French Toast with margarine & syrup, bacon, eggs, banana, V8 juice, orange juice.
Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:
MONDAY: Vegetable egg roll, fried rice, stir fry veggies, tropical fruit salad, cookie and tapioca pudding.
TUESDAY: Spaghetti, green salad, garlic bread, zucchini, pears and cookies.
WEDNESDAY: Western BBQ: BBQ kielbasa on stadium roll with sauteed onion, baked beans, watermelon and cupcakes.
THURSDAY: Beef stroganoff and noodles, baked butternut squash, orange spinach salad, plums, wheat roll with apple butter.
FRIDAY: Fish sticks with tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, green peas, banana pudding.
