Lori Bogan-Ponce, 47, of Fallon, NV was taken home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 1, 2013. Lori was born in Tupper Lake, NY, on December 23, 1965 and moved to Reno, NV in 1973. She graduated from Wooster High School in Reno and received her degree from WNC in Fallon. She is survived by two sons: Benjamin Bogan, a UNR student, and 2nd LT Daniel Bogan, 29 Palms, CA; two step-daughters, Jennifer and Melissa Ponce; mother, Sharon Pechnik, Henderson, NV; sisters, Carrie Boucaud, Palm Bay, FL, and Gayle Ward, Fallon, NV; father and brother, Maurice and James Beausoleil of Tupper Lake, NY and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Bogan.
She married her second husband, Gene Ponce in 1991. Lori worked at CC Communications as a computer programmer and enjoyed art and painting. Her greatest joys in life were her two sons.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Emmanuel Baptist Church at 1191 E. Stillwater Ave., Fallon, Nevada on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 4 p.m.
