Nate Clark passed away peacefully at home, in his sleep, after battling a rare form of cancer for almost four years. Nate was a brilliant young man who worked at JC Penney in the catalog department while acquiring his Bachelors Degree in Art. He was getting ready to start his own business when he was diagnosed.
He leaves behind his mother, Kitty; father, James; sister, Cassidy and niece, Maggie. Also, his grandparents, Wayne and Beverly Geiger; many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that blood be donated to United Blood Services in his honor. He received over 40 units of blood during his treatment and called it “life in a bag” and it truly was.
There will be a memorial for Nate at the Gold Dust West, Carson City, in the Juniper Room on April 6th between 1 and 4 p.m.
Please come and share your memories of this unique gentle soul who has been released from his pain and misery and surely is in a better place.
