Residents on Mary and Franklin streets were awaken Tuesday night to the arrest of a Fallon fugitive.
The North Central Central Narcotics Task Force, along with the Carson SWAT Team, busted fugitive Charles Deselms, 47, Sheena Marshall, 29, and Daniel Jeppsen, 38.
According to the Task Force, authorities seized about 18.1 grams of methamphetamine from the residence on 455 Mary Street.
The Task Force investigated the trio for three to four months, which included five controlled drug buys. A search warrant was obtained for Deselms’ residence on May 10, but the Fallon man had fled, according to authorities.
On June 12, law enforcement located Deselms, but he fled again and caused a traffic accident in the process. He managed to elude authorities until the Task Force tracked him to the Mary Street home on Tuesday.
Deselms was booked into the Churchill County Jail on charges of an ex-felon not to possess a firearm, open site for sale of a controlled substance, sale of narcotics, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and eluding arrest. His bond is $225,640.
Marshall, meanwhile, was booked on three charges including trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous drug. Her bond is $58,140.
Jeppsen is charged with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon and possession of firearm by an ex-felon. He is being held on $55,000 bond.
