NFB opposes trap registration

Nevada Farm Bureau strongly opposes the Nevada Wildlife Commission’s proposed regulation to register traps used on private property to protect private property. On Oct. 7, the Nevada Wildlife Commission, on an 8-0 vote, passed a regulation that would require all traps to be registered and have a 1/8 metal tag applied to the trap. This regulation would apply to all traps including mousetraps.
