Tigers slip past Greenwave boys

MINDEN — Austin Evans scored 9 of his 11 points in the fourth quarter Saturday to help the Douglas High boys basketball team in its a come-from-behind 49-41 win at home against Fallon. Fallon held a 31-27 lead at the end of three quarters, however, the Tigers (6-5 overall, 2-2 Sierra League) scored 11 unanswered points to start the fourth to take charge of the non-league contest at Randy Green Court.
