To submit announcements for the Community Bulletin Board:
Send your announcement to firstname.lastname@example.org or
email@example.com and in the subject line, put Community
Do not send pamphlets or brochures.
Announcements must be for a nonprofit organization or business doing a
nonprofit venture and must be concise and condensed, preferably 50 to 75
words or less and subject to editing.
To send a letter to the editor:
Letters must not exceed 300 words.
Send letters to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name,
address and telephone number.
To send a guest column: Email the editor at email@example.com
to propose your idea before sending a column. Unsolicited submissions may or
may not be considered.
To send a short news item:
Send the news item to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line, put
To send wedding or engagement announcements:
Send items to email@example.com. The LVN prefers a narrative of
the event not to exceed 100-150 words. Only one photo may be submitted.
