Fallon rolls past Fernley

The Fallon football team rolled to another impressive victory Friday at the Edward Arciniega Complex. The Greenwave drummed rival Fernley, 49-6, on Homecoming night to improve to 7-0 in the Northern Division I-A. The Vaqueros fall to 5-2 and sits in fourth place after wins by Elko (6-1) and Lowry (6-1 Northern DI-A, 7-1 overall). Fernley, playing without starting quarterback Skylar Williams, struck first when backup QB Kevin Montgomery hit Anfernee Sloan for a 33-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter.
