Carson Nugget to host wine pairing dinner
The Carson Nugget’s upcoming wine pairing dinner on Monday will be a “Taste of the Mediterranean.”
Executive Chef Nick DeMagistris and his team will prepare six courses that will include dishes like pan seared beef tenderloin, steamed mussels, and grilled lobster tail. Each of the courses are paired with wines from Portugal, Italy or Spain.
Tickets are $75 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 882-1626 ext. 247.
A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the Kiwanis Club of Carson City and the Nevada Day Board’s Seventh Annual “Battle Born Golf Tournament” at Dayton Valley Golf Course on June 5.
