The following health inspections are for the period of Sept. 28-Oct. 19:

• Carson Nugget Nougat Restaurant, 507 N. Carson St., scored 95 points. Readily perishable cold food is held above 46 F. The turkey 56.3 F, sliced tomato 45.5 and chicken 51.2 F in the prep table is not being maintained at 40 F or below. Date items put in prep table 9/25/1010. Food was found out of temperature for more than 4 hours.

• Bethlehem Lutheran Church School Cafeteria, 1837A N. Mountain St., scored 98 points. Improper cooling of pasta and hamburger.

• BPO Elks Lodge #2177, 515 N. Nevada St., scored 100 points.

• Local’s Barbecue Co. LLC Restaurant, 3849 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Bodine’s Casino Sports Bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 94 points. No chlorine residual detected on dishware after mechanical final rinse on one of two dishwasher machines. The food contact surfaces of the speed gun and speed gun holster contained a buildup of debris and are not clean.

• Bodine’s Casino Main Bar, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. The food contact surfaces inside of the speed guna and speed gun holster contained a buildup of debris.

• Bodine’s Casino Restaurant, 5650 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. Cloths used on food contact surfaces in main kitchen area were not stored in a bucket containing a sanitizer residual. Inside of ice machine food contact surfaces, ceiling and drop shield edge contained some slime buildup.

Found one ice scoop lying in the customer ice. Both popcorn machines are missing protective front panels. One lare ice machine in the rear kitchen area needs cleaning to remove biofilm buildup around the ceiling ice chute.

• Carson City Municipal Golf Course Bar/Lounge, 3999 Centennial Park Dr., scored 99 points. A supply of soap and paper towels is not present at the bar.

• Genghix Restaurant, 1480 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• McDonald’s #7890 Restaurant, 3905 S. Carson St., scored 93 points. No chlorine residual was detected on disware after the mechanical final rinse. The dish washer must be repaired to deliver at least 50 ppm chlorine residual in the final rinse.

• Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Shop, 3947 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Subway #11114 Restaurant, 3959 S. Carson St., scored 95 points. Meat and other foods in the walk-in refrigerator were found at 44 F and not at 40 F or less. Determine problem with refrigerator and correct immediately. No one present during this inspection had proof of food handler certification.

• China Chef II Restaurant, 3135 Highway 50 East, scored 72 points. Found raw chicken breasts on a cart in the kichen at 58-61 F. Also found cooked potentially hazardous foods on the buffet line holding at 96-110 F. Food is being rinsed from dishes and utensils in the only accessible hand sink in this kitchen. The other hand sink near the dishwasher is full of washed dishes and has no supply of paper towels. Cooks are rinsing dirty hands in a bucket of plain water by the grills. A full staff drink cup was uncovered and stored above the food prep area. There is no measurable chlorine sanitizer in the dishwasher after the rinse cycle. A live mouse was found on a glue trap next to bags of sugar stored on the floor.
