Sheriff's Blotter

The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:

-- A 49-year-old car salesman from Carson City was arrested at 11:43 p.m. at Fifth Street and Saliman Road Monday for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. His bail was set at $1,105.

--Michael Jason Cox, also known as Anthony Diller, Mike Diller or Jennings, a 20-year-old car washer from Carson City, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Monday on a Reno Justice Court warrant for suspicion of felony burglary. His bail was set at $3,500.

-- Joseph William Lawver, 28, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street for suspicion of felony failure to register as a sex offender. No bail was set.

-- Property injury at 7:37 a.m. in the 1700 block of Evergreen Drive.

-- Graffiti at 10:13 a.m. in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue.

-- Burglary alarm at 10:25 a.m. in the 100 block of East Adams Street.

-- Petty larceny at 10:48 a.m. in the 6200 Bursia Road.

-- Controlled substance at 11:35 a.m. in the 600 block of South Stewart Street.

-- Domestic battery at 11:47 a.m. in the 400 block of South Nevada.

-- Runaway at 1:43 p.m. in the 100 block of Conestoga Drive.

-- Property lost/found at 2:38 p.m. on East Proctor Street.

-- Fraud at 3:17 p.m. in the 900 block of East Musser Street.

-- Fraud at 3:43 p.m. in the 4100 block of Gordon Street.

-- Circumstance suspicious at 6:50 p.m. in the 1700 block of Highway 50 East.

-- Non-injury accident at 7:04 p.m. at East King and South Roop streets.

-- Phone harassment at 7:57 p.m. in the 1600 block of Saliman Drive.

-- Circumstance suspicious at 8:38 p.m. on Clear Creek Avenue.

-- Circumstance suspicious at 9:18 p.m. in the 700 block of North Curry Street.

-- Battery at 10:38 p.m. in the 3500 block of Woodside Drive.

-- Domestic dispute at 11:07 p.m. in the 1700 block of East Fifth Street.
