At Thursday's meeting of the Carson-Tahoe Hospital Board of Trustees, action was tabled concerning acquisition of property for the new Regional Medical Center and no new information was relayed concerning the progress of the hospital's transition to a private, nonprofit facility.
The hospital is seeking 65 acres of land from Eagle Valley Children's Home in northern Carson City for the site.
