Comments sought by Trust Fund For Public Health

The Trust Fund for Public Health was created by the 1999 Legislature. Assembly Bill 474 details the purpose of the trust fund and created an 11-member Board of Trustees. Ten percent of all tobacco settlement proceeds are allocated to the Trust Fund for Public Health.

The Board of Trustees is seeking comments from community members and organizations regarding the priority areas for funding. The Board of Trustees will use this information to develop funding priorities and the application process for future funding. Please send public comments to:
