Douglas school board hosts special meeting on Sept. 28

There will be a special meeting of the Douglas County School District Board of Trustees at 6 p.m., Sept. 28, at the Carson Valley Middle School Library, 1477 Highway 395, Gardnerville. The meeting will be held in response to community interest about the potential legal implications of a teacher currently employed by the District being elected to the school board. District counsel Bob Cox will be present to answer any questions.
