Letter: It's not over until all votes are counted

Regardless of what the media says and especially the almost 24-hour ravings of radio station KOH by the senior mush mouth talk show host Rush Limbaugh, the question still has not been decided as to who should be our next president. If one legitimate voter is left out of the count, then in my opinion, it is not a government of the people; instead, it is a government of a particular political grab.

I vote for the man of character and experience. Mr. Bush has shown neither to me. At least Al Gore wore the uniform in Vietnam. Bush hid in the Texas National Air Guard at home.

Also isn't it a strange thing that the state in dispute is Florida? Could his brother Jeb or father have done anything to help G.W.'s efforts there, or was Florida a fluke? We will continue to be the laughing stock of the world until we demand that the high rollers keep their dirty money out of the election process. Both sides are equally guilty of this farce. If it is true that the top CEOs of Fortune 500 donated over $200,000,000 to the part-time governor of Texas, then they are part of the problem and need to give their deep pockets to a needy cause.
