SPARKS - A forklift operator was killed Wednesday in an industrial accident at a warehouse in Sparks.
The 29-year-old man from Susanville, Calif., died in the accident at General Warehouse and Transportation on Vista Boulevard, authorities said.
His name has not been released. The accident is under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
