The Minden/Douglas Elks will hold its annual Flea Market 7 a.m.-3 p.m., Sept. 3 at the old Copeland Lumber yard lot, Highway 395 and County Road, Minden. There will also be an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 7-11:30 a.m. for $3.50.
