A memorial service for Jack S. Harper, M.D., 69, a Henderson resident for the past 10 years, was held Monday at Green Valley Presbyterian Church.
Dr. Harper died Nov. 17, 2000. He was born March 4, 1931, in Frederick, Okla.
He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma and was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Oklahoma State.
Dr. Harper had a medical practice in Carson City for 25 years. He was a member of the Green Valley Presbyterian Church.
Among his survivors are his wife Betty of Henderson; son Patrick of San Francisco; daughter Anne of Las Vegas and one grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Green Valley Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
