Obituary: Nan Ellen Moran Paice

A family memorial for Nan Ellen Moran Paice, 87, a Carson City resident since 1946, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the deceased's home.

Mrs. Paice died Oct. 16, 2000, at her residence. She was born Nov. 13, 1912, in Oregon to William and Rose Lovell Walker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Paice, and a daughter, Marilyn Mac Callister.

Mrs. Paice worked as a cosmetologist until her retirement.

She enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time with her family.

Among her survivors are her daughter Melynda Dean; son Patrick Moran, 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Cremation is under the direction of Walton's Sierra Crematory in Carson City.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
