Ruth A. Robatto, 75, a Carson City resident for the past 20 years, died Sept. 18, 2000 at Carson Healthcare. She was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Allentown, Pa., to William E. and Anna Sickrum Yocum.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived at South Lake Tahoe.
Mrs. Robatto was a waitress for many years. She loved her animals, going to casinos, traveling and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
Among her survivors is her best friend Brenda M. Rinta of Lodi, Calif.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
Inurnment will be at Eastside Memorial park in Minden.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
