Obituary: Wilfred Bussiere

A memorial service for Wilfred Bussiere, 69, a Silver Springs resident, will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 590 Pyramid Way, Sparks.

Mr. Bussiere died Oct. 23, 2000, at St. May's Regional Center. He was born July 25, 1931, in Central Falls, R.I., to Oscar Sr. and Ida Racquer Bussiere.

He had lived in Washoe and Lyon counties and Carson City for the past 22 years, coming from Pleasanton, Calif.

Mr. Bussiere was a realtor and broker for Realty World. He was a member of American Legion Post, Sparks, the Independent Order of Foresters and the Nevada State Board of Realtors. He was a Catholic and a member of Immaculate Conception church.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Oscar Jr. in 1998.

Among his survivors are his sons Mark of Carson City and Paul of San Francisco, Calif.; daughters Bonnie A. Bussiere-Bermeo of Reno and Rene Bussiere of San Francisco and five grandchildren.

Cremation will be at Sierra Crematory.

John Sparks Memorial Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
