The Salvation Army will be taking applications for Christmas assistance beginning Nov. 3. Items to bring for an appointment are: picture ID such as a drivers license, Social Security cards for each child and/or birth certificates, proof of income and expenses, rental receipt made out to applicant, children's clothing and shoe size.
