Two Carson City men accused of sexually assaulting a drunken 15-year-old girl in their Harbin Street apartment in August were arraigned Monday in a Carson City district courtroom.

Ryan Pistoresi, 19, pleaded not guilty to six counts of sexual assault and battery. His trial date was set for June 27. Judge Michael Griffin said an earlier date would likely be set.

If found guilty, Pistoresi faces a maximum of four life sentences, plus 35 years.

Pistoresi's roommate Lloyd Hundley, 21, pleaded guilty to one count of battery with intent to commit sexual assault. In a deal with prosecutors, Hundley agreed to testify against Pistoresi in exchange for a recommendation of probation.

He faces a maximum of 15 years in prison and a fine of $10,000.
