An accident at the intersection of Appion Way and Center Drive on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m. resulted in injury to a woman involved. Stacy Newman, a Carson City resident, was helicoptered to Washoe Medical Center by Careflight and was released Wednesday morning. The condition of the victim was incorrectly reported in Thursday's crimes report.
