Courthouse sign only works one way

I travel north on South Roop from East Fifth Street nearly every day to go to the post office. There is a nice new building on the east side of Roop between East Second and Musser facing the end of East King Street. What is it? Only when traveling south from Robinson Street do I see the name "Carson City Courthouse."

The people from out of town and unfamiliar with Carson City driving from the south on Roop Street would not know what it is.

It seems the city could put the name on the south and west sides of the building so we can see it without a lot of cost.
