The Carson City Marriage Bureau, 85 E. Musser St., will be open on Valentine's weekend. The office will be open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and 8-6 p.m., Monday. There will be a judge available from 5-6 p.m. Monday.
