Nevada has collected more than $1.1 million to add to the state's Medicaid fund.

The funds come from a variety of sources, including probated estates, liens on property and reimbursements from personal injury and wrongful death claims over the past six months.

In many of those cases, Medicaid paid medical expenses for those who were injured. Those included two cases involving more than $80,000 apiece and one of more than $65,000.

The state also recovered more than $52,700 in a fraud case.
