The monthly breakfast meeting of the Northern Nevada Development Authority will be at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Brian Bonnenfant, geographic information systems analyst for the Small Business Development Center at the University of Nevada, Reno, and Doug Dirks, president and chief executive officer of Employers Insurance Co. of Nevada, will be the speakers.
