A graveside service for Doyle L. Nance, 62, a resident of Boyes Hot Springs, Calif., will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, 2500 Fifth Ave., in San Rafael, Calif.
Friends may call for visitation from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday at Adobe Creek Funeral Home, 331 Lakeville St., Petaluma, Calif.
Mr. Nance died Dec. 3, 1999 in Santa Rosa, Calif. He was born June 6, 1937 in Oklahoma to Callie Nance and the late Floyd Nance. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Melvin and Delmer Nance.
He was raised in Marin County and graduated from Mount Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, Calif.
Mr. Nance was a home builder.
Among his survivors are his sons, Dean Nance of South Lake Tahoe, Mark Nance of Carson City, Matt Timmer of Sonoma, Calif.; daughters Pamela Nance of South Lake Tahoe, Callie Lyons of Sausalito, Calif.; mother Callie Nance of Sonoma; brother Donald Nance of Marin, Calif., and one grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to "Free Tibet."
Arrangements are under the direction of Adobe Creek Funeral Home.
