Hazel Berniece Bishop, 82, a Carson City resident for the past seven years, died June 11, 2000, at her home. She was born June 17,1917, in Clay Center, Kan.
Mrs. Bishop was a homemaker and a Lutheran.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon; daughters Valiere Gouras and Charlotte Aberzenski; two brothers and two sisters.
Among her survivors are her sons Terry of Las Vegas and Carl and daughters Mary Austin of St. Paul, Minn. and Susan Rowell of Tamarak, Minn.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
