DAYTON - In response to protests from residents, owners of the Rolling "A" Ranch are changing their approach for future residential development on the former cattle ranch.
A revised map will be presented Thursday at a specially scheduled Dayton Regional Advisory Council meeting.
The modified proposal would create 160 lots on about 62 acres in the northwest portion of a 436-acre parcel. Lot sizes would conform to the existing zoning.
Development plans for the remaining portions of the property will be made at a later date.
