Wellness Seminar to be held Saturday

A Wellness Seminar will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Carson Nugget, Room C. Admission is free and reservations are not necessary.

The seminar, sponsored by Opti Health and Health thru Nutrition, features three speakers, Rick Hill, Dr. Kurt Grange and Chris Hansen.

Hill learned in 1973 he had cancer. After surgery, his doctor wanted him to continue with chemotherapy, but Hill had learned about non-toxic therapy.

He went to a nutritional clinic and discovered the importance of detoxification, an alkaline diet and nutrition. He was fully recovered in three months.

Dr. Grange is a nutritional biophysiologist, international lecturer, educator and athletic medical trainer who speaks on how you can naturally overcome degenerative diseases and reach and maintain optimum health. Grange also teaches anatomy at Carson High School and is department chairman of science and health at CHS.

Hansen is field vice-president for Health thru Nutrition.
