The following persons were in custody at the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- Terry Thomas Potter, 31, a cement finisher from Carson City, was arrested Sunday at 10:03 p.m. in the 1800 block of Karen Drive for suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana and gross misdemeanor false imprisonment. He was also charged with suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $8,605. Also arrested at that time was a 37-year-old cosmetologist from Carson City for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. Her bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 49-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 5:28 p.m. at Mills Park for suspicion of misdemeanor ex-felon failure to change address. His bail was set at $210.


-- A 42-year-old plumber from Carson City was arrested Sunday at 6:10 p.m. in the 800 block of East Musser street on one Carson City Justice Court warrant and two Dayton Township warrants for suspicion of failure to pay fine. His bail was set at $3,520.


-- A 47-year-old landscaper from Carson City was arrested Sunday at 11:47 p.m. on Highway 50 East and Roop Street for suspicion of the following misdemeanors: drunken driving, failure to maintain lane, open container of alcohol in vehicle and unlawful acts of financial responsibility. His bail was set at $2,085.


The Carson City Sheriff's Department responded to the following calls:


-- One battery.


-- Three vehicle burglaries.


-- One child in need of supervision.


-- Three domestic disputes.


-- One missing person report.


-- One non-injury accident.


-- Two juvenile problems.


-- Two suspicious subjects.


-- One petty larceny.


-- One warrant service.


-- One commercial burglary.


-- Three suspicious circumstances.
